Vacancy
Acquisition based on this advertisement is not appreciated. We usually fill the vacancies ourselves and in exceptional cases we work with preferred suppliers.
As an HR & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees at EuroSort. Your tasks will include drawing up employment contracts, preparing employment documents and workplaces, and — in the meantime — maintaining contact with new co-workers. You'll also properly prepare the onboarding process and the follow-up period. For example, you will organize return moments, which you'll attend to learn from any feedback provided. You'll constantly work on expanding and professionalizing the onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as other HR work processes.
Furthermore, you'll support the head of HR in various administrative tasks, such as recording absenteeism, renewing or terminating employment contracts, and keeping employee records up to date. You'll also organize training (programs) and courses. Additionally, you will be the first contact for all HR-related issues and topics. Finally, you'll provide employees with guidance on the end of their probationary period, development processes, (long-term) absenteeism, and outflow. During conversations, you'll map out an employee's situation as accurately as possible so you can offer them suitable options or help.
You will be part of Organization Support, which consists of the Facility, IT, Internal Project Teams, and HR departments. Within the HR Team, you'll report to the head of HR and work closely with the Recruiters.
If you like working on a lot of HR-related administrative tasks and find it challenging to work at a rapidly growing, technical organization, this is the right job for you.
Working week
It's a nice working day when you perform a variety of tasks: you can help co-workers by answering their questions and join a probationary interview.
It's a less pleasant working day when it's difficult to maintain an overview of your tasks because you receive lots of questions at the same time, and you need to ensure — in an ad-hoc manner — that co-workers perform a work process correctly.
