Vacancy

Als Stagiair Account Management bij Spielwork leer je hoe je klanten tevreden houdt en je zorgt dat ze meer van Spielworks diensten gebruik gaan maken. Je ondersteunt het team van account managers in hun dagelijkse werk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de laatste informatie omtrent accounts verwerkt is in de interne systemen. Ook ga je regelmatig mee naar afspraken om te leren hoe je met verschillende klanten omgaat. Daarnaast word je uitgedaagd om kritisch te kijken naar de werkwijze binnen de afdeling en aan te geven waar jij denkt dat het beter kan.

Je vindt het leuk om de account managers te ondersteunen, en je haalt energie uit het optimaal bedienen van de klanten van Spielwork. Je moet er tegen kunnen dat de structuur soms niet vaststaat, en je ziet een uitdaging in het meedenken over de strategie van Account Management.
