On a good workday, you have loaded and unloaded all trucks on time and the warehouse looks tidy. Together with your colleagues, you have smoothly weathered a peak moment and processed everything efficiently.

On a less-than-pleasant workday, you have to deal with trucks arriving simultaneously when that was not planned. At the same time, the scanners are malfunctioning, making the work even more difficult.

Firsthand experience

You are about to prepare a pallet for shipment, but you notice that a box is missing. What do you do?

In this situation, you do not load the pallet into the truck. You report it immediately to the Warehouse Team Leader so that the whereabouts of the box can be investigated. It is important that you remain alert to inventory discrepancies and actively report them to prevent errors in the shipping process. By doing so, you contribute to the accurate and reliable shipment of goods and, together with the team, ensure that the logistics process continues to run smoothly.
