Vacancy

As a QA Officer at Kompak, you are responsible for maintaining and implementing the quality policy, with the goal of creating, preserving, and increasing awareness and support for quality within the organization. You ensure that Kompak’s processes and products meet the established quality requirements and conduct quality checks to guarantee that everything complies with standards. You do this by working closely with key figures within the organization, such as team leaders and lead operators, to ensure that the quality policy is implemented correctly and is supported by the entire organization.

Within the QA team, you collaborate with the department manager, the QA officer/laboratory team leader, and the QA engineer. You discuss the work activities daily and ensure an efficient division of labor. There is a great deal of communication and coordination, particularly with people from the lab, to ensure that quality processes run optimally. In this role, you are given the opportunity to identify and actively address improvements, creating a varied and challenging work environment. You have an affinity for both quality control and laboratory processes and can handle the daily changes that the position entails.

If you enjoy effectively resolving complaints and find it a challenge to critically examine processes and implement improvements, then this is the job for you.

Firsthand experience

A production error has been discovered in the laboratory process, and you must act quickly to limit the damage and find a solution. What do you do?

In this situation, you immediately contact the team leader and other involved parties, such as Technical Service, Planning, and Sales. You ensure that the error is analyzed quickly and that the product is rejected to prevent further damage. Subsequently, you coordinate actions to restart production as soon as possible, for example by switching to another production line. Throughout the process, you continue to communicate with all involved departments to ensure that the problem is resolved quickly and effectively.
