Then you make a new cocktail for the guest, because good service is always vital and you have to keep the guest happy. During your first two working weeks, you will be intensively trained and supervised in making cocktails, tapping beer, running the bar in general and all other activities. You will learn which flavors go well together and how to make the best cocktails, so that you can confidently face your guests.
