Vacancy
As a Social Marketeer you will create awareness (on social media) for Thank you caretakers. This initiative was launched during the coronavirus pandemic with the goal to share one million thank you messages with health caretakers on a global scale. In this role you will create relevant and creative content to reach as many people as possible and generate positive attention. You will use LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to create valuable traffic to www.thankyoucaretakers.com and encourage as many social media users to engage with the platform.
It is your goal to create maximum virality so the initiative can make an impact. You will be working together with an ambitious team of ten people. Per country the team consists of three people in the ‘Reach Team’ (Social Marketeer, Growth Hacker and Video Marketeer), three people in the ‘Healthcare Team' (Health Care Expert, Operational Health Care Manager and an Influencer), a PR expert, a Customer Service expert and a Team Lead.
If you see a fast-paced environment as a learning opportunity and want to have a positive impact in the world then this is a job for you. If you care more about earning money and less about making a positive contribution then this role will not suit you.

I have a good day when we have an inspiring guest speaker during our morning call) This gives the whole team even more energy to make a positive social impact.
On less pleasant days, you question your efforts to promote worldwide gratitude and can't really find the focus to get stuff done.

Growth
We started this initiative to create a positive movement. Hopefully our initiative will no longer need to exist next year (or sooner!) because society has succeeded in 'flattening the curve'. For as long as we do exist we want to make it possible for you to grow within our organization and as an individual.
Working at Thank you caretakers
The world is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis due to the coronavirus. Health caretakers, who are already risking and sacrificing their lives for the rest of society, are put to the test and are at risk of exhaustion.
The initiative www.thankyoucaretakers.com collects messages of gratitude online and livestreams those messages to health caretakers all over the world. The goal is to bring people together and mentally support our health caretakers and make a positive impact during these difficult times.
