I have an enjoyable day when I can build in a lot of variety. Then I go to the factory and sit behind my computer.

I have a less enjoyable day when it takes me a lot time booking invoices or I need to order extensive material lists.

Firsthand experience

A new project is scheduled. Where do you begin?

You receive a ‘scope list’ of the factory, which states what type of maintenance needs to be carried out. You look into this carefully and prioritize it based on urgency. Major tasks that require immediate attention are placed on top of the list. You then pass this on to a project leader. You ensure that these major tasks are already set in motion, to avoid any problems at a later stage.
Once the major and irregular tasks have been started, you view the remaining items on the list. You continue with the regular tasks and figure out what the costs are and how much time is required for all.

Growth

You can participate in training courses in the field of knowledge development, safety and personal growth. In addition, it is always possible to propose a training course, which suits you and is also of added value for Nouryon. You can grow into the position of Scheduler and Project leader B.
