Firsthand experience

One of the applications used within the bank is experiencing a technical malfunction. What do you do?

You would first gather all necessary information from both the business and IT to understand the problem's impact. Then you ensure all stakeholders have the same understanding. Once you understand the problem, you would work with your team to propose a solution that fits within Mizuho's greater scheme. If an application malfunctions, you'd analyze the problem's cause and communicate the impact to stakeholders, developing a resolution plan. As a Manager, you'd steer your team when there's a sense of urgency and manage the communication to ensure an efficient resolution.
