Vacancy

As a Reachtruck Driver at Kompak, you'll be responsible for efficiently supplying the production lines from the central warehouse. You'll ensure that all necessary materials are delivered promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth production. After completing production orders, you'll return residual materials to the central warehouse. This involves maintaining accurate records of all movements and ensuring that everything is correctly booked and stored.

You'll also be responsible for booking and storing finished products in the central warehouse. This involves accurately recording the products and ensuring they are stored in the correct location for future distribution. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a streamlined logistics process and contribute to the overall efficiency of Kompak's production and warehousing operations.

You'll become part of the Production Logistics team, working with two other Reachtruck Drivers during each production shift. Together, you'll ensure efficient replenishment of the production lines from the central warehouse and the accurate storage of finished products.

If you enjoy playing a key role in efficiently stocking production lines and don't mind combining accuracy and speed in an organized warehouse, then this is the job for you.

On a good workday, you'll have a smooth shift working with supportive colleagues, while the well-organized warehouse shows no stock discrepancies and production runs smoothly without major supply peaks.

On a less pleasant workday, you're dealing with an incomplete team, which creates pressure. In addition, there are many errors and order changes on the production lines, resulting in inventory discrepancies.

Firsthand experience

The scanner has a malfunction. What do you do?

When the scanner malfunctions, it is important to save the pallet labels. Once the scanner is working again, scan all saved labels to ensure all products are correctly registered. This ensures that the products can be processed smoothly through the logistics process and minimizes administrative errors.
