As a Country Lead at Thank you caretakers you are responsible for (putting together) a team of ten talented people who will work hard to share one million thank you messages with health caretakers around the world. This initiative was launched during the coronavirus pandemic with the goal make a positive impact during these difficult times. It will be your responsibility to create maximum traffic and impact for thankyoucaretakers.com in your country.
You will start by hiring an ambitious team of ten people. Per country the team consists of three people in the ‘Reach Team’ (Social Marketeer, Growth Hacker and Video Marketeer), three people in the ‘Healthcare Team' (Health Care Expert, Operational Health Care Manager and an Influencer), a PR expert, a Customer Service expert and a Team Lead.
If you are entrepreneurial, enjoy connecting people and want to have a positive impact in the world then this is a job for you. If you care more about earning money and less about making a positive contribution then this role will not suit you.

The world is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis due to the coronavirus. Health caretakers, who are already risking and sacrificing their lives for the rest of society, are put to the test and are at risk of exhaustion.
The initiative www.thankyoucaretakers.com collects messages of gratitude online and livestreams those messages to health caretakers all over the world. The goal is to bring people together and mentally support our health caretakers and make a positive impact during these difficult times.
