Vacancy
As a Risk Analytics & AI Intern at Mizuho you will gain hands-on experience in financial risk reporting, data analysis, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic banking environment. You will participate in an AI-based tooling implementation to build reconciliation checks for financial risk reports. You will use the reconciliation tool to challenge the completeness and accuracy of existing reports by identifying anomalies across various data sources using AI/ML. You will then propose radical reconciliation checks to ensure data integrity using AI.
In addition, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Risk environment by assisting in documenting the Risk Reporting landscape at Mizuho. You will document the team’s models, which will help the team streamline documentation and will help you get a complete understanding of the banking model landscape.
You will be working in the Risk Analytics & Reporting team, which is part of the Risk Management department of Mizuho Europe. The team consists of two employees and a Lead, who will be your supervisor. You will be working together closely with your team members, as well as with other employees within the Risk Management department.
If you enjoy working with AI/ML, are detail-oriented and find it a challenge to be involved in many differnet tasks, then this is an internship for you.
