Vacancy

As a Business Administration Intern at Mizuho, you are responsible for operationally supporting the Business Administration team. This involves facilitating client onboarding processes, performing regulatory reviews of existing client files in line with Mizuho Bank Europe’s periodic review policy, and ensuring that client information is accurately maintained in internal systems.

Furthermore, you support client relationships managed by the Business Administration Team by maintaining correspondence with the clients. You also handle daily operational tasks such as circulating the LE205 report and collaborate closely with other departments to avoid processing delays. Additionally, you will develop procedures and work instructions, and provide necessary training to relevant staff. You will also independently manage loan and term deposit deals with customers, offering market insights and addressing client inquiries as needed. Moreover, you are expected to understand the commercial strategies for each customer and strictly adhere to them in your dealings.

You will be working in the Business Administration team, guided by a Team Lead and a Manager. You collaborate closely with your colleagues, as well as with colleagues from other departments. You work with Relationship Managers responsible for client business promotion and collaborate with Back Office colleagues, such as those from the Compliance department.

If you enjoy corresponding with clients, have an eye for detail, and can handle working on multiple tasks and deadlines, then this is the job for you.
