Vacancy
As People & Culture Manager at Blue Heart Energy, you are responsible for setting up and professionalizing the people role within the organization. You are both strategically and operationally active. On the one hand, you are involved in administrative tasks, such as drawing up employment contracts and submitting IND applications. On the other hand, you work on strategic HR themes, such as developing and implementing procedures for onboarding, absenteeism and time registration. You build on existing working methods, improve them and ensure that they are applied effectively throughout the company.
It is important that you develop people policies that cater to the Blue Heart Energy team, which consists of employees with different backgrounds, including international colleagues. You ensure that the people policies meet the needs of this diverse group, with clear processes and good support.
Initially, you will be the only people professional within the company. In the long term, the team will expand with a Recruiter and an Office Manager, who will fall under your responsibility. You will work closely with the two owners, the Finance Manager and the Head of Operations.
If you enjoy working together, possess a strategic outlook and don't mind having a wide range of tasks, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On a good workday you take an important step towards professionalizing the organization, for example by implementing a procedure or finding an answer to a pressing question.
On a less pleasant working day, you spend the whole day drawing up contracts and performing other administrative tasks and you lack a bit of variation.
