Vacancy

As an HR OPS (Organizations) at Mizuho, you are responsible for the HR operational support of the department. This includes overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR systems, and managing various other HR-related tasks. You contribute to the seamless flow of HR activities, ensuring timely processing of contract extensions and residency permits. Additionally, you offer vital assistance to the Payroll Manager and act as the main point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and issues.

In addition, your role focuses on maintaining a professional and effective standard across all HR operations. You supervise HR systems, registrations, and administrative duties, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. Hosting weekly HR team meetings, generating monthly reports, and supporting audits are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you provide guidance to staff and Managers on HR administrative matters, staying informed about HR developments and legal changes. Your role also includes managing sick leave registration, overseeing the leave process, and offering assistance on payroll matters and other HR-related tasks.

You will become part of the HR team, consisting of one Director of HR, one Deputy/Payroll Manager, two HR Business Partners, one HR Projectmanager and one HR Analyst.

To achieve this, you start by coordinating the necessary steps to expedite the onboarding process. Subsequently, you communicate clearly with the new employee to guide them in completing and returning the required documents, as well as providing any additional information needed for a smooth start.

Additionally, you closely collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure everything is ready for the new employee's first day. You monitor the progress of the process closely and anticipate any obstacles or delays. Through an effective and organized approach, you ensure that the new employee receives a positive first impression of the organization and can immediately get to work.
