You guide the Online Testers and regularly communicate the results to the Product Owner, the Digital team and users.

Working week

A day is enjoyable when you have had a clear set of test findings and nothing else can be found. Then you can give a sign that they can go live.

A day is less enjoyable when you find out that something has slipped through that you should have traced.

Firsthand experience

A new functionality needs to be delivered and you are asked to set up a test plan.
How do you proceed?

You set up a plan on the basis of information provided by the Product Owner and Digital Analyst. You coordinate with both of them what exactly has to be tested and the required steps involved. After an agreement with them you ensure that all Online Testers are informed about when they need to test what. You create a schedule for them and discuss whether this is realistic. You communicate with all parties and make sure that everyone can set to work. When the sprint starts you ensure that testing remains on schedule. You process the results in a document that you share in a report with the Digital Analyst.

The Action Academy offers diverse training modules through which you can further develop yourself. Programs are offered in-house for example in the field of leadership, communication and project management. In addition, external development and/or training possibilities are open for discussion.
