Vacancy
As Digital Platform Analyst at Action you are the connecting link between the internal users of various technical platforms and the development team. When something needs to be improved you analyse what it needs to comply with. You speak to the users and ensure that you collect all the requirements. You propose this to the Digital Architect and the development team and together with them you decide what is possible within the time frame and budget. Eventually a new feature must be built and tested in a sprint of three weeks. Thereby you constantly discuss with the Product Owner, users, developers and testers. Besides, you keep track of whether the platforms are used for the right purposes and are implemented in accordance with the guidelines.
Working week
It is an enjoyable day when you go live after a sprint and everything runs smoothly in the way you have developed it.
A day is less enjoyable when you hear that it is actually not possible to build functionality within the deadline and you have put a lot of effort and time into it.

Working at Action
In 1993, two entrepreneurs opened a shop in Enkhuizen with the idea of offering a wide range of products at the lowest posssible price. That is what Action still does: making a difference by offering a surprising, ever changing range of products at a low price. Action has more than 1,300 shops in seven countries with more than six million customers per week and is a fast-growing non-food discounter in Europe.
