Vacancy

As CRM Data Analyst you analyse all Action incoming client data. You use the data to make client profiles. You use then these to find out what sort of clients there are, what they buy and where they buy it. You use analyses that can be used to ensure the right products get to the right clients. You investigate what data you still need from clients and what is the best way to collect this.

You receive orders from the head of CRM, but there is plenty of scope for own initiative.

An enjoyable day is if I discover something as a result of my analyses that I had not thought of earlier.

Firsthand experience

You have been asked to analyse the data for the summer promotion on the website? How do you proceed?

You first look what data needs to be acquired. Once that has been decided, you tag the incoming data so that you can analyse it more easily afterwards. You look at the way email addresses come in as a result of the promotion, and see if they are qualitative emails. Once this has all been discussed with the CRM team and everything is ready, the promotion goes live.

After three months, you look at the first results and analyses you have received about the client from this new data.

Growth

The Action Academy offers diverse training modules through which you can further develop yourself. Programs are offered in-house for example in the field of leadership, communication and project management. In addition, external development and/or training possibilities are open for discussion. In this position, you can specialise in Digital and Data focussed marketing. Depending on your ambition, you can also have other digital positions.
